The most concerning Thanksgiving trend are those people who deep fry turkeys since it can go wrong in soooo many ways. Tried it once. It tasted okay but not enough to justify the danger.

"Stuffing" is fascinating because it's usually made with scraps. My mom saw one that had bits of pork, plantains and yucca in it recently.
