What's incredible is how there are thousands - tens of thousands - of stories like this, a genuine national crisis akin to a foreign invasion, and our elite press is so bubbled, so insular, that they can only cover it by writing "Strong leaders flex governing muscles" 700 times over. Pathetic.

For those unfamiliar, the Associated Press is a non-profit cooperative formed by US news organizations that covers news for its 1,300 member papers, radio stations and TV stations. It is the foundation of the American press. It has always gotten the first seat and first question at official events.
Because AP continues to refuse to use 'Gulf of America,' it is being barred indefinitely from the Oval Office and Air Force One, but its journalists will be able to retain their credentials to the White House complex, according to Taylor Budowich, White House deputy chief of staff.
