The ideas about clinical research are a little sloppy and require an immense amount of suspension of belief (I’m more biased than most though because I work in clinical research), but the plot is so fun and the main character is so admirable and research as an evil entity has been so true.

This is my Georgie. She used to hate clothes but then she learned she got more human attention when she was wearing them. Now she loves her clothes.

Still can’t believe I had to start giving these instructions to delivery drivers after last night.

My father also has a black cat but she’s more feral than she is adorable. She doesn’t like anyone but my father and she barely likes him. She has a rock to hang out with and occasionally a watermelon. I can’t explain it but at least it’s something interesting for her to sniff and lick.

I passed my PMP so everyone at work keeps telling me to go out and celebrate. I did but I couldn’t even make it through 1/2 of the melon margarita I ordered without my stomach burning. Everyone in their 40s or older nodded in understanding today at work when I told them. But I’m only 35. 😭💀
