To me Satan is an irrational force, not bound by reason (and reason being the Demiurge/Logos), a force within, not just living beings, but in matter and energy, the heraclitean "fire" if you will

There's already cults of reason, and they, at their core, strike against what Satanism represents, because Satanism has always had at its core a defense of the passions. Not just the validity of the passions by itself but also a defense of the passions as a source of joy, power, liberation.
