This is what I did when I wrote my Xenoblade 3 essay. I know my general audience aren't Xenoblade fans, so I tried to update the viewer with short explanations followed by what I wanted to say about them.
I think it helped personalize the script and kept it from being too wordy.

Legit after I switched, I stopped having to go into services, manually restart the driver AND reopening my art program because the pen pressure would break 2-3 times a day.
I think this scribble from 2017 says it best, though.

You know....we're getting there. I still need to finish shading the body texture (I am not prepared for that hell) then I can bake it and hopefully figure out bones.
Still some rough spots, the mouth is an issue and so are above the eyes, but hey, I'm basically doing this for fun.
