We could potentially have a pilot of camera-based traffic safety enforcement if it got a modest amount of funding to get started.

"Between the first day of school and December's winter break, Salem's bus cameras recorded 3,371 suspected violations where drivers appear to have illegally passed a stopped bus." This is real psychopath stuff that too many people can't even see through their motornormativity.
