This is good and every parent with kids who ride a school bus should be asking their district about it. (In Somerville we have only a few school buses, because we have walkable streets and transit and that's better still.)

A pedestrian bridge over the Mystic will be a big improvement for regional connectivity. A lot of long-term work by activists and elected leaders has taken it from a wishlist item to a real plan. We need to keep up the effort to make sure it happens. mass.streetsblog.org/2025/01/16/a...
