Another org asked me for their own box of 440 and I got the final takers on the last few masks from box 1, so that’s 1320 masks sent out today.

Rape and abuse and pedophilia and all these things are bad in the abstract but we’re not allowed to say who’s doing it and we’re not allowed to say who was victimized by it. We can’t come up with ways to stop it from happening, either

Oh, and I just sent another full box directly to one of the local LGBT centers here too, so that makes 840 masks distributed in one day for $130 and about an hour of my time.

I posted on my disability support group’s Instagram page and my local Queer Exchange and in 2 days enough people requested masks (I offered a bag of 25 masks per family) to claim the whole box. I might try it again soon by offering them in my local Buy Nothing and just delivering them by car next!

Got my annual flu and Novavax as well as my first MMR today. Next month is MMR dose 2, varicella dose 1, and hepatitis B dose 1, then the month after that varicella dose 2 and hep B dose 2. Despite my total hysterectomy I’m also still gonna get my HPV vaccines because my doctor said it can’t HURT 🤷🏻‍♀️

It’s especially great because I would be SO stressed in this environment but he’s great at his job and loved by his bosses and employees alike and mostly enjoying not making poverty wages any more, so I’m just routinely getting incredibly cheerful texts like “Harper we are SOOOO fucked!”

Especially with soy milk 🥺
