I’m having a hard time On Here in the same way I did on the bird site: I don’t really have a clear goal for being here, so I followed some starter pack people.

Headspace is really good, much better than Calm. I never “got” meditation until Headspace, so if you’ve been meaning to try it and have $35, now’s a good time.

I read this when it first came out almost eight years ago. It's one of those rare pieces of writing that's simply been in my brain and heart ever since.
