Four large Dutch universities, including Leiden University where I work, have decided to throw international psychology bachelor programs under the bus in an effort to appease the rightwing government.

I know finding reviewers is hard atm, but I have had a paper sitting in "awaiting reviewer selection" limbo since August: how long would here everyone wait until they declare defeat, withdraw the submission, and try elsewhere?
