It's all about variable interest entity accounting/lease accounting and the assumptions they're using to keep the data center off their balance sheet. The assumptions strain credulity. See chart below. Hard to believe.

I'll bite, this is fun!
Only four meals this week, husband has plans so those are "fend" nights and I never plan dinner on Fridays.
Kind of a chicken heavy week now that I look at it.
We had some local apple sage chicken sausage with a side salad from my last night.

So for kicks, I looked up their 10-K from February. They're blaming the rate hikes on Plant Votgle, but they're not just recovering the overspend on our backs, they're making margin on their fuck-ups. A healthy margin. I thought utilities are supposed to be low margin because they're safe?

I usually don't leave the house during the week, but I had to run an errand this morning and it was a beautiful sunny morning with flowers blooming everywhere and I was reminded that it's important to enjoy beauty when you can.

This is one of my favorite things my grandma used to make. Mix an egg and some matzoh meal into leftover mashed potatoes, form into patties and then dredge into more matzoh meal and fry 'em up. I always make enough to have leftovers for this. Could probably use other types of breadcrumbs like panko
