It took the Quakers this long to finally come up with this, and they are still the first among the Churches. Munther Isaac has a lot to say about the Churches’ cowardice in Christ in the Rubble. There is no Christian theology that can possibly justify genocide.

We went to a town hall in our library this past weekend & my local legislators said that libraries are overfunded. They went on to say that our Libraries have too much money & we should use their money to fund our school. There were audible gasps. This is ignorance- Libraries are so important!!

The USA has a hard fascist right wing, a center right liberal wing, a center left progressive wing. What Americans call “progressive” is laughed at around the world, for it is so relatively centrist and reasonable. Wanting healthcare for all is not an extreme position. It is basic sanity.

WA's gas and electricity prices have tripled since 2020, after the WA Gov let Woodside export domestic gas reserves.

Now Woodside want a 50 year extension for their North West Shelf export terminal.

If it's approved, it will lock in higher prices for decades.
