Last summer, I took some time to reflect on how these reforms fit into each country’s trajectory, summarizing the recent modifications and the social dialogue dynamics around them.

My research will focus on the inclusion of Indigenous peoples in the labour market, examining how legal and institutional frameworks support Indigenous rights and participation.

The project critically explores the intersections of legal structures, business practices, and reconciliation processes, analyzing how institutional mechanisms foster equity and socio-economic inclusion.
