I’m admittedly a bad gift giver, but the last couple of years I’ve gotten my dad an Omaha steaks gift box and he raves about it. They’re on a budget so they typically get meat from the regular grocery store & in comparison those steaks etc are a luxury I guess lol

Endo is another one of those conditions a lot of physicians don’t know nearly enough about. It’s so elusive, that’s all the more reason they should be trained to identify and treat it, yet, sigh. That sounds really miserable! I’ve had painful cysts too. It’s no joke. The bleeding and pain 😵

I’ve started to have eczema around my ears / along my hairline where I never had it before, and I’ve started to wonder if it’s somehow related. Really annoying stuff!

Most physicians haven’t had much or any explicit training or education on the condition and they’re hesitant to make the diagnosis and be wrong. Meanwhile, we suffer. There needs to be way more invested in researching it and training on it! 😠

I’ve had virtually every symptom of PCOS since middle school & no OB has ever been willing to diagnose me even when I was having trouble conceiving. No period for months, even when I was at a healthy weight? Oh, just lose some weight. WTF.

And we’re like okay but how is it fine that the INSIDE OF MY SKULL ITCHES ALL THE TIME.

Literally!! Like I didn’t say they weren’t clean I SAID THEY ITCH ALL THE TIME. These drs don’t wanna hear shit. It’s so annoying.
