Long white and blue felted dragon curled around the top of a spinning wheel. The same dragon but fluffier because it’s not quite finished, wrapped like a bracelet around my wrist to test the concept.

Two scraps of Aida fabric with various stitch patterns in shades of blue. There is some leaf shaped edging which improves in quality towards the top. Some repeating leaf fill, some jacquard and a small lamb in a diagonal fill stitch

A bag for an upcoming special occasion
To vaguely coordinate with this fabric and some yarn I’m spinning for a while poncho shrug thing I’m still conceptualising.

Awake in the night for a while so I did some midnight crafting… this is normal. The basis is an old cardigan and spare cushion pad. The design is mainly odds of fleece left over from spinning #upcycling #sewing #needlefelting
The basic stool from the original post, now with a thick cushioned top which has a felted design on the top and a cream knitted edge. As well as warping the loom today I have formulated a plan for my very cheap and boring stool-for-spinning. I shall be using only scraps and leftovers… like the stool which was bought for eldest’s piano before he got a nicer option

The hat- it has a point on top, and broad stripes of three colours of natural fleece. Dark brown, cream and grey. The inside is felted cream fleece.

Some of the grey fleece from the previous post spun into single ply on the bobbin of a spinning wheel. The view is from above and the wheel, my feet and some other clutter is visible behind the bobbin.
