Yesterday (what a great 2nd day of 2025) I was lucky enough to visit an exquisite & fabulously-presented exhibition. Fell in love with the way in which @rinkokawauchi allows us to view the world through her highly evocative, refined & soul-full way of seeing the everyday.

One of the delights of working with people who are committed to their own healing & freedom is when you check in with a client a few weeks or months after you last saw them you are gifted with seeing clearly the positively transformative shifts that they’ve undergone.

This past weekend I was in a Journey Intensive retreat (www.thejourney.com) and was reminded of why I appreciate this approach to healing and awakening - the constantly open invitation/recommendation to stay humble.
