The defense could move to dismiss the indictment. Normally it’s a long shot. Probably still a long shot here.

And there are lots of ways to get around a statute of limitations issue (conspiracy charges — a continuing offense). But agree completely on the state charges. All symbolic on that front.

Update. Easy recipe. I messed up the proofing directions so the air bubbles are weaker than they should be. Great flavor even without any toppings.

Love this website and its recipes. They are more flavorful/interesting than ATK though I loved ATK’s meticulous testing.

I’m just a lowly trial lawyer but I’m pretty sure SCOTUS could issue an opinion explaining why there is no irreparable harm justifying a stay and not confuse anyone that it’s an opinion on the merits. 🤷‍♀️
