My “I’m 13 and nobody understands me and everybody sucks” album
I used progressive relaxation a lot in my massage practice. Turns out living in a sociopathic hierarchy (is there any other kind?) keeps people in a state of near constant sympathetic nervous system activation (Sapolsky) and we often need to learn how to physiologically relax (especially ND people).
