For those following the saga, ROSES was released last week, to then be rescinded saying it would be released yesterday (Feb 24), and it now says that the release will be "sometime the week of Feb 24."

NSF is congressionally mandated to support broader impacts, and every grant proposal is supposed to include them. If this were really about ensuring that federal money is going where it's supposed to, we'd be flagging the ones that *didn't* include broader impacts language.
Ted Cruz released a list of grants flagged for DEI or "neo-Marxist class warfare propaganda" from his Oct. report.
NSF is using keywords from that report for their review, though Cruz's list is likely larger.
