I don’t believe that an additional 18 rental residents would cause a spiral of noise complaints that would be able to shut down the airport.
The bylaws may change, the community might fuss, but those are maybes. The developer loss, and the current by-laws are the realities of today.

I had a lovely Galentine’s Day date with Shobna at the Regina Floral Conservatory’s magical night in the garden. It’s the perfect place to go on a cold day and escape to another climate.

The city councillors have been challenged to do the Police Officers Physical Abilities Test, so I asked the recruits for advice.
