I believe workers at Oxfam got a 4 day work week trial in their last EBA negotiated by the ASU Vic Branch. With all the productivity talk lately, workers fighting back for stuff like this is a real tonic! Hope to see more of it. Imagine every weekend a 3 day weekend. Life changing!
