Each summer I work out an itinerary for me and my husband after we have visited our family in Holmestrand. We are into classical music and opera so we go to the Bergen festival and travel by bus and train ( very good value) to Loen, Trondheim, Alesund, Røros, Balestrand, Flam, etc.

Loved your video; we travel to Oslo twice a year to see our son and his family. I remember Honefoss because when we were travelling by train to Bergen, we had to take a replacement bus there first. Note the University Aula with 11 Munch paintings - open only on selected dates - very impressive.

We stayed at a b and b in NZ on 4 Feb 2020. The owners had just received a cancellation from a couple in Canada because of the impending pandemic.
