My new heatwave beating tactic of sitting in the shade with a picnic by the Eiffel Tower might not be compatible with the whole ‘living in London’ thing but it’s definitely a superior way to ride out the heat!!

Spending my birthday in hospital was not on my wishlist but the tea is very good, the staff are so lovely and I’m having visitors later!! Podcast recommendations greatly appreciated!
