The disclaimer comment on the meme makes me believe it probably is Dingman’s account. It also follows 53 accounts — including several scantily clad AI “models” and two different Rep. Lauren Boebert accounts — which seems too weird to be a fake account…

When I was researching him after the protests today I found what appears to be his Instagram — an account called The Smoking Gun — with a screenshot of the cigar incident as the profile picture and its sole post is a profane meme about the cigar incident.

Sen. Stevens, who did not respond to repeated requests for comments on this story, sent a statement after it was published this morning, denying Crider’s involvement.

Stevens did not answer questions about his comments in committee, which seemingly referenced Crider, or about staff concerns.

Pearson screamed at Farmer and, after his mic was shut off, he walked around to confront Farmer on the dais, where he continued to yell at him and point.

I’m being this granular in describing it because multiple outlets have described it as “violent” or “lunging at” Farmer, which isn’t true.

🧵Hate to do a thread but a lot happened in this meeting yesterday.

House Criminal Justice Subcommittee got heated when Rep. Andrew Farmer questioned Rep. Justin J Pearson’s attendance as Pearson called for action on gun control.

Pearson had been tending to family since his brother died by suicide.

One more thing about this that I thought was weird is how easily you can buy an alarm clock with a hidden camera and audio. Often sold as “nanny cams,” they’re available for like $50 on Amazon and Walmart. We’re just selling so many of these things that Google was able to predict what was after:
