Totally agree! Parents need to have clear and reliable guidance, especially with their busy lives. I appreciate how this resource breaks everything down into simple steps that families can actually use daily. Thanks for sharing! #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social

I totally agree; Tom’s story shows that progress isn’t linear, and patients need support through every phase, not just when things are going well. His ups and downs serve as a reminder that sustainable change requires time, patience, and consistency. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

That makes so much sense, crazy how biology can make weight loss so hard, even after a lot of effort. It’s like with keto, while it can help with weight or health issues, shaming people or expecting quick fixes doesn’t work. Empathy and support are way more important. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

I relate to that too. When I’m busy, I grab quick meals to save time, even if they’re not healthy, especially during exams. For me, setting aside even a little time to plan or prep really helps with staying consistent and feeling better overall, like oats or pasta. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

That's a great point! I didn't know vitamin D absorbs better with healthy fats until recently. Pairing it with K2 and magnesium sounds like a smart way to boost bone and heart health too. I am trying to start taking vitamins.

Vitamin D supplements have been growing in popularity, but they’re not always needed or taken in the correct doses....
