Between laughter and tears, Scott Carpenter has a great sense of humor and writes beautiful portraits of the people he meets, whether friends or the unknown pedestrians, metro passengers, and even the homeless he encounters in Paris.

French author Olivier Truc writes thrillers taking place in Scandinavia. I have them all. Most have been translated into English.
Anthropologist Nastassja Martin's story was translated into English by Sophie R. Lewis: "In the Eye of the Wild."
