It’s easy for Trump to respond to talking heads and proclamations. He just talks to media and posts on socials.
It’s hard for him to have control of the details of legislation beyond Exec Orders, because they take time, legal understanding and nuance. Which he has zero interest in.

Honestly, I still think Covid was the key factor in two elections. It was central to Biden winning and then Biden had to deal with a dead on arrival economy because of Covid and Trump won because the perception that the economy was in the dumps. Covid giveth and taketh away.

The problem with this is it gives the public the perception that Trump is having political wins, which is how he got elected a second time.

I didn’t know if you were referencing something i didn’t know about so i looked it up and it seemed prescient in these times. I’m an airhead, naive, and so I just try to look up stuff that maybe I’m not “getting.” It may not be true i didn’t check the source.

Paddywack seems more like a pat on the back and or a little wack(crazy-fun) so definitely paddywack wagon! As for Knick-nack it seems more aggressive and I don’t like tchotchkes but enjoy buying for people that do (love buying my niece salt pepper shakers!) no bones to pick just giving a dog a bone!
