Having established spheroid models faithfully recapitulate tissue, we demonstrated their utility using

At the genomic, epigenomic, and transcriptomic level, we observe that the biggest differences between samples is due to patient, not model type. Neither organoids nor spheroids consistently outperform the other in recapitulating tissue (2/4)
