Where she did not answer it? She said she didn’t need Trump fans (supporters of his ideology) to win. She wasn’t going to try to get their votes. End of story. She was being baited. The reporter was trying to frame this as a bad thing. What would you have liked her to say that she hadn’t already?

Yeah and in terms of the video with the reporter, I stand by it. Politeness politics with reporters who are in bad faith is not a good tactic for fighting fascism. This is different than yelling at a staffer. It matters what we’re talking about.

You’re not hearing the substance of my argument, and you keep labeling my criticism as something other than what it is. Ending an interview that is in bad faith is not the same as ending any old interview. People get to back away when others refuse to engage *in good faith* or with substance.

Yeah ending interviews because the media - which has swung toward full complicity with this administration - is trying to bait you into saying you’re alienating (racist) Trump voters is not fascism. *In this case,* it’s fighting it.

I don’t think loudly standing on your morals “acting like Trump.” It’s just meeting the intensity of the moment. I don’t think she’s on the level of The Panthers, obv, but this criticism is similar to white people accusing them of acting like racist republicans because they’re intense.

Again - in the video im referring to, she says she doesn’t need maga voters. I saw this is anti-fascist, given how far right the ideology has swung. It’s like saying “I don’t need to appeal to N@zis to win back Germany.” It’s a rejection of fascist ideology, imo.
