KKR Real Estate Finance Trust is continuing to work on the entitlement process for its Lloyd Center redevelopment plan.

Investors on an earnings call this morning said the entitlement process should wrap up in the first half of 2026.

Plans to redevelop the Centennial Mills site appear to be moving forward with a design review hearing scheduled for mid-September.

Ventured back down to #Milwaukie this week around six months after I wrote my story about the city's #redevelopment boom.

Multiple new small businesses had opened and new developments were starting to take shape. Always love being able to get out of the office.

The proposed Live Nation venue can proceed with development. An appeal to #Portland City Council's October vote approving the project was blocked by the #Oregon Land Use Board of Appeals, upholding council's decision.

The City of #Vancouver has selected the developers for the first three projects at the Vancouver Heights District.

Edlen & Co., PALINDROME and Related NW are working with the city to finalize development agreements. Construction is expected to begin in 2026.
