Skippy Jon Jones and I spent an hour this morning trying to rescue a line of suffering arborvitae that border our back fence. The weight of last night's ice and snow had bent them low. I climbed a step stool and beat at the snow-bent branches within reach. Then I shook the trunks back and forth. 1/6
