When my daughter was first diagnosed with ADHD & Autism, at 4 1/2 (it was that obvious), her doctor prescribed a medication he felt would best help her. The insurance company denied it because it was not rated for children under 5. She was 4 and 6 months. He wrote a letter saying that if 1/2
