Is there any prospect of insurers suing fossil fuel companies following precedent set by insurers who sued tobacco companies for the cost of caring for sick smokers, on the basis that tobacco companies lied about the dangers of their products?

I’m reading Sarah J Maas ‘Throne of Glass’ series. Halfway through and all I want to do is read. It’s fantasy and not my usual genre at all but came so highly recommended I had to try. So glad I did.
