So funny how often reviews of these handhelds boil down to “buy a Steam Deck”

That's correct! The only way to play Xbox console games is via streaming or remote play. Only Windows PC games run natively.

The fact that you're not the first person I've seen have this revelation today, the day before it releases, tells me they did a great job at marketing this thing!

love how steam deck kicked off a race to make the most expensive, hottest garbage that handheld gaming has ever seen.

There are 3 stories one can tell about the dotcom crash: a startup story, a telecom story, and an accounting fraud story.

My take: it's giving Enron

UNTIL IT’S DONE, Ep. 4: Sylvia Rivera

In the 1970s, queer New Yorkers had been pushed to the margins of NYC. Our trans neighbors faced immense cruelty. But in Sylvia Rivera, they found a champion.

As we combat Trump’s politics of darkness, her legacy can light the path forward.

It was a beautiful Sunday afternoon in the Bronx and Harlem at our paper shredding events — we cleared out old junk mail, built community, danced, took family portraits and enjoyed frozen treats (it still felt a lot like summer). Thanks to everyone who joined.

We cannot let this become a routine thing. Liberty is dying in America.
Five days ago, an ICE agent shoved a woman asking questions about the detention of her husband.

Today they attacked two journalists.

We cannot accept or normalize what has now become routine violence at 26 Federal Plaza. It has no place in our city.
