?? Yes, they do pay into a pension plan & contribute to a healthcare plan. I would have loved to have the same benefits that they have including lifetime retirement (after less than 10 years in office), setting my own compensation, etc.

Note - none of the cities on this list are on the list of most violent crime cities, but TX has more poor cities than any other State & it’s a red State! Just sayin’!
