To fix the unaffordability problem she'd need to become a federal MP & repeal the LNP's negative gearing & capital gains tax concessions which are driving price up (& have been for 25 y).

Yes, but obviously not as many will fit on a balcony, and the generation will be even more limited if your balcony isn't facing the equator.
As I said, the only benefit, otherwise apartments are great.

The only reason I see a house (or townhouse) as better is because I can put solar panels on the roof & with a battery reduce electricity costs dramatically. That's it. No other reason.

I hope it's not like all the fossil fuel lobbyists at COP (undermining from within), but it's hard to be hopeful with Albanese in charge.

A 300 km/h train would be excellent, a great 1st example that'd save taxpayers money for all those politicians flights, no check-in, baggage nonsense, but pollies keep doing what lobbying from the airlines and airports want

With more than 1600 fossil fuel lobbyists attending the current conference in Brazil, Minister Bowen should demonstrate real commitment and leadership by banning fossil fuel lobbyists from COP31. It's time to stop the gaslighting, and kick fossil fuel interests out of climate conferences.
