Said my goodbyes to these two fine ladies this afternoon. They've reached the "another winter would be too many" stage and have an appointment with the vet next month, so I wanted to make sure to visit with them now in case the weather gets dumb.

Spend some time de-shedding my venerable old lady today. She's going to be 20 shortly.
Relieved to discover that I'm not the only one looking at her and frowning a bit this spring. There's nothing wrong, but there are things that are different that none of us can explain.
