Substance over noise and cries.

You rely on emotion, not logic. You use loaded words like “plagiarism machines” without proof, assume AI output is plagiarism, and claim “everyone knows it.” Your false choice of “ruling class vs working class” ignores complexity and shows wishful thinking.

Gemini access restored without impacting the main app's network or other API calls. Phew! Always check the logs first... lesson relearned!

Seems Google tightened regional access, even for API calls originating from my EU server (despite a US-based account). Simple API key changes weren't enough.

Deployed a dedicated Docker container on the same server. It runs OpenVPN to route only the Gemini API calls through a US endpoint.

After all, when art is concerned, we only trust good old humans. Embrace AI for its scientific brilliance if you must, but don’t you dare let it generate your favorite painting. We can’t have that.

But those voices are probably just enthralled by the next big innovation. We, on the other hand, prefer to cling tightly to tradition and protect art from the AI invasion at all costs.

Sure, some might argue that melding machine ingenuity with human creativity can expand the horizons of what’s possible—and maybe even unlock a brand-new era in the visual arts.

Pause. Question. “Hey, was this made by a person? A living, breathing, caffeine-fueled artist with a soul?” If the answer is “Nope, it was an AI,” then you can swiftly dismiss the entire work. Because, clearly, it has zero artistic merit otherwise.

So, before you admire a striking piece of digital art—a mesmerizing portrait, a surreal landscape, or an abstract explosion of color—stop and remember the golden rule: Ask first. Don’t get swept away by emotion or that pesky admiration feeling.

But please, do not lay a mechanical finger on the holy grail of creative expression known as art. That’s where we draw the line. Literally. With a paintbrush. Slowly. By hand.

Because, dear friends, art is something else entirely. We’re all for AI-generated code that compiles in seconds or algorithms that can spot exoplanets in the far reaches of space—bring it on, robots!

They’ve harnessed the power of machine learning to solve mind-numbing equations, analyze oceans of data at breakneck speed, and even make mind-blowing breakthroughs in cancer research. And that’s fine! They’re geniuses, after all, and they’re not messing with real art, right?
