I'm trying to just be all "Christmas :))))) ⛄🎄❄️" to fake it til I make it but. I've been neglecting therapy and psychiatry for months now and I'm gonna have to skip out on buying my hormones to make sure everyone gets the help they need.

I'm barely managing to hold on to a 30-hour a week job, chores have been all but forgotten about, and outside of my housemates I've talked to my friends maybe *once* since moving up here. It's been a month already, I'm suppose to be in a rhythm by now. I've gone soft.
