Miss Molly has had a bit of a break because I’ve not been well. We have been out walking as my health permitted, and we did get a couple of parkruns. Today, Molly clocked up #parkrun 58 at #ansteyhillparkrun walking the 5km in just under an hour. This was her 18th trek around the circuit :)

Molly completed #parkrun 56 today. Today we took on the water damaged course at #jubileewayparkrun, after heavy rains yesterday. Molly also managed to drag my butt around to set our new personal best for 5k in 39:40, shaving a full second off our previous best.

Miss Molly is a very enthusiastic hyperactive toy poodle. She completed #parkrun 55 at #lochielparkrun today in under 42 minutes. If you are wondering, she gets home, has a big eat and then has a big rest after, preferably on Dad’s legs.

Birthday Girl Miss Molly ran #parkrun 54 today at #mawsonlakesparkrun. She also turned 4, and set a cracking 5km in 40 minutes (and 7 seconds).

Miss Molly was the pacesetter this morning at #parkrun 52. Nothing slowing her down except the thing at the other end of the lead. We’ve run #torrensparkrun 25 times now. We got a little package in the mail this week too. Molly looks dapper in her purple barkdana, with her 50 parkrun pin.

Happy 50th #parkrun Molly. Brought her back to #torrensparkrun where she did her first, but all to catch up with Lenny & Howie. 48 minute time, with a mix of walking and running on this really chilly morning!

Miss Molly completed #parkrun 49 at #ansteyhillparkrun on Saturday. It’s was cool and clear, but city of Adelaide was caked in with heavy fog until lunchtime. 57 minutes as we walked with a few first timers to our course. #barkwalkers

Molly completed #parkrun 48 today at Mawson lakes, clocking in her fastest time all year at 40:26, dragging my butt around. I felt she need to catch the Banana in Pyjama unawares.

Molly completed #parkrun 47 today at Anstey Hill Recreation Park. She had a play with some other dogs afterwards and go to see a Koala on the walk around. Three to go for Molly’s 50th bark-run!

Only 4 more parkruns and Molly can claim her 50 milestone! Today we celebrated with #nantuwamaparkrun as they had their 3rd birthday. #parkun 46 saw a good pace for both of us, breaking the 41 minute mark, after breaking 43 minutes on 45. Also met two of her large relatives.

Molly completed #parkrun 45 today at Jubilee Way. Good run for her, bit of struggle for me with my sinuses. She loved it. This course has a good steady climb in both directions. Love y’all. #jubileewayparkrun

Molly completed parkrun #44 today at #ansteyhillparkrun. For winter, it was unusually warm at 11 degrees, and few spots of rain didn’t dampen the spirits. She clocked a new PB today at 52:34 with 3 drink stops. #parkrun

Molly clocks #parkrun 42 at the #drageparkrun which celebrated its 21st parkrun. This is a beautiful that starts new Klemzig Obahn station. It’s winter, 7 degrees but we had a ball!

Molly walked and volunteered in #parkrun 41 on 24/5 at the mighty #torrensparkrun in the Adelaide CBD. She was the only dog volunteering, whilst the rest of us looked for rain.

Molly completed #parkrun 40 at Anstey’s Hill on 18th of May. This means that she’s walked 200km of parkruns, whilst debuting her new jumper as we head into winter. Forgot to post because I thought I had :) #ansteyshillparkrun

Molly just clocked #parkrun 39 today in approx 46 minutes after a break from the federal election. Very cool this morning at #carisbrookeparkrun in Salisbury today, but a beautiful spot for a run. Good to see the Para flowing again too.

Molly completed #parkrun 37 today at #mawsonlakesparkrun. Although the middle of autumn, this morning was unseasonably warm. Molly will be having a rest next weekend as Dad heads off volunteering over Easter.

Molly rung up #parkrun 36 at our home course of #ansteyhillparkrun. Few Kangaroos on the route today, but my personal achievement is my 13th attempt to climb torture hill, and it’s the first time we did it without stopping! Happy April all!

Molly clocked #parkrun 35 today at #largsbayparkrun. It’s beautiful trek along the coast of Adelaide on the Le Fevre Peninsula. It’s also the first time she’s been to the beach :)

Molly is having the day off from #parkrun today, not that she’s happy about it. Mark and I are walking 25km from Adelaide to Glenelg. Walk starts at 7am so in the city before sunrise. Donate if you can give.spoketoabloke.org/fundraisers/...

Molly has completed #parkrun 34 today around North Adelaide. The #nantuwamaparkrun is unusual in the fact that it is a trail run in the heart of the city. If it wasn’t for the road noise, parts of it feel like you are in the country. No parkrun next week as give.spoketoabloke.org/s/2569/3162
Today is parkrun day, and in our effort to #parkrun tourist, we visited Jubilee Way. The track loops around Wynn Vale Dam, and you can take all the dam pictures you want! Molly has now completed 33 parkruns :)
