That would be exceptionally clueless, just the word amphetamine which is more or less the same in any language should ring massive alarm bells

If it was for legit medical use it would be very hard to get a TUE because there are much safer alternatives, eg Dexamphetamine and Methylphenidate

unlikely, Methamphetamine (D) is hardly ever prescribed for ADHD nowadays, very rare globally due to risk of addiction and abuse
