Until March '27 according to BBC. Perhaps by then Starmer and Reeves will be gone and we will have an actual Labour government 🤞

How long is the freeze for? I had a dream that they reduced by 10% every year until they were free, paid for by a wealth tax

Although in general billionaires seem to lack capacity for embarrassment so perhaps I'm overthinking this

I'm also thinking it must be very embarrassing for Adams to be forced to drop the project, perhaps he's done a bad deal out of spite for cycling

Yes, my pro-cycling dodginess radar has been triggered ...Might be nothing but the owner is under investigation for fraud in Peru and their HQ in Dubai appears to be a building site

Smells iffy to me, I'm worried it will end in a debacle of unpaid salaries

As the license has been sold does that mean riders are free to sign elsewhere if they wish?

Circling back the OP, it's a bit sad to find an 18 year old doing such old school doping, maybe he's been doing it for a while , maybe it was a one off, a lot of riders complained of pre-race fatigue due to the long journey and the heat... Would be curious to hear his response

I did a bit of research and it seems that ALL stimulant meds are banned for medical use in Azerbaijan, even the safer ones, but some people travel to doctors in Turkey to get them, but that still wouldn't be Meth, so most likely he acquired it from a dodgy source

That would be exceptionally clueless, just the word amphetamine which is more or less the same in any language should ring massive alarm bells
November 18, 2025 at 4:06 PM
If it was for legit medical use it would be very hard to get a TUE because there are much safer alternatives, eg Dexamphetamine and Methylphenidate
November 18, 2025 at 3:38 PM
unlikely, Methamphetamine (D) is hardly ever prescribed for ADHD nowadays, very rare globally due to risk of addiction and abuse

Haha good one

Not really, if they'd put the engine under the seats and got rid of that ridiculous long nose then visibility would be far better

What rumours? I can't find any
