On a run and this image struck me. In light of Southgate, Netflix’s Adolescence and of course much more that has gone before. Education yearns for systemic transformation. It’s time to get to the foundations and sustainably rebuild for the flourishing of all in society for generations to come.

We’re not too far off the ‘middle’ of the academic year. Those great new ideas may be dwindling or worse still disappearing into the distance - be mindful of Kanter’s law. The messy middle - hbr.org/2009/08/chan...
