XD I just commented on the original, particles! Of course you already thought of that, I will be quiet now. <_<

100% showers are such a cognitive load... sensory overload, vulnerability, the aftereffects. All awful.
But, cleanliness is important.

Classic game style! =)
If you extend the roads a little bit off screen the vehicles won't pop in and out so much, and players will be able to see the vehicles coming a bit better.
Unless it is intentional, then I will shut up! =)
The truck looks huge. XD Nice and intimidating.

In your opinion, what're the most annoying ways indie devs promote their games? =)

To be fair our game is fully a board game (not just digital) but we found a lot of crossover, and people were quite excited about the video game part.
I would offer to playtest, but not sure I would have the time to print it all out!
Maybe I can convince my wife to...

Very cool to see!
We also cannibalized our MtG stuff! It's surprisingly useful. =)
The gameplay sounds pretty fun.
We took ours to some local boardgame clubs. Like at a local university and just a small club nearby. Testing is super useful.

Breath of Fire III was such a formative part of my love of games, awesome to see something like it! =)

Definitely looks like some sort of collision problem. The third character looks like they are being pushed backwards.
Either I'd assume there is a collider on the canoe, the water, or the characters are too close together?

Taking a formal study of game design is a great idea. I will try and follow suit! =)
Keen to hear about your physical mock up of your game. We started with the physical version of our game and I cannot recommend the approach enough!
