Reform UK would rather focus their time & attention on pride flags & rainbows than put effort into representing their residents & holding our council to account.

We have seen that Reform UK in North East Lincolnshire are criticising the change. This is the same people who wanted the council to take down the Pride flag last year during pride month. Reform UK have shown to be against the LGBTQ+ community, they don't want areas expressing their support.

My heart goes out to all those that are and will be affected by this.

As someone who works in retail, I have worked in small stores, I worked in a charity shop and we at times sold new bras and donationed dresses and other women's clothing, whilst I was asked questions on all items sold, including women's items and was at the time a trans member of staff, I was doing

Whilst something happened there are both sides to a story and this is clearly reported one sided as is unlikely Marks and Spencers are likely to comment.

if anything happens to the staff member for doing their job, if what was said was correct and they was doing as trained.
5. If the staff member is trans it's possible that the mother doesn't want to be served/ delt with anyone who is trans or could be that this is a case of someone being transphobic

4. Marks and Spencers have apologised, this doesn't mean that the staff member was in the wrong, I understand that if a complaint is made the company will apologise and look into it, the company could very well behind the scenes be backing the staff member, I would be surprised.

3. It's unknown if the daughter was upset because they was being asked if they wanted help by a staff member was is trans or weather there was other things in play, like feeling embarrassed or if something kicked between the offering of help and getting upset.

2. The mother has reported that the staff member was trans, we don't know this to be true, this could have been an assumption, something of which seems to be happening more and more these days.
