Five years ago today Marrier the Town Hall Cat sadly passed away.
He was the Cat of Grimsby Town Hall, Marrier welcomed all, he was loved by all who met him, Marrier was the councils most loved member.
Even though he is gone, he shall always live on in our hearts

The Welfare Benefits Bill has been passed by MP's. Work begins to improve the welfare system, making it work for those who may need it. Reforming the welfare system is overdue. Labour are taking steps to improve where the Conservatives failed.

Today MP's will vote of the "Universal Credit and Personal Independence Payment Bill".
While I agree that changes need to be made to the system, the one being put forward doesn't help people.
I ask MP's to vote against the bill in its entirety. Then we can restart and relook.

Women & Man are gender identities, sex is female and male. When people say about women only spaces, when they use the word "women" that means anyone who identifies as a women, Female is sex, women is gender.
