This is how they’ve operated for a while though. If this front office doesn’t go after machado/harper, why would they go after Tucker? Bellinger gives them ~positional flexibility~ which, as per my theory, is a way they think they can save money.

Hoch on the other site confirmed the yankees are still going after bellinger which means that Jasson's gone, IMO. They are not using him as a fourth outfielder. Only way he would stay post-bellinger is if like the Tigers think Ben Rice is a catcher.
