I believe that's why they haven't been deployed. If they do get deployed they will have to support 'law enforcement' and the feds but apparently don't want to and don't want to be lumped in with ICE, hence the vests?

He's good, but he's not $16m a year good, is he? The Wild finally got out from under a couple of big contracts and I'd hate to see them in the same position again so soon.
