Being a real man is not bullying those perceived weaker, more feminine, or different. It's not being threatened by those things; it's demonstrating compassion, intelligence, & supporting your entire family and community. Anything less is just a fragile ego, not masculinity.

Great. After years of collecting medical conditions like they're Pokémon, my Poke Ball is now full. Adding insult to injury, I must now strap on a face hose every night to remind me that even my basic ability to breathe is something I need medical assistance to accomplish. Sigh.

Technology, social media, pandemics, global warming...all taking their toll on the collective global psyche. As in history, we tend to react by circling the wagons and blaming everyone else for problems we caused or stood by while doing nothing. Look inward. Do something.
