It is once again time for my favorite seasonal cocktail 🍁🥃🤤
Me holding a Maple Bourbon Splash cocktail in a stemmed wine glass. The glass is a bit frosty from condensation, as the drink is iced. The drink is a golden color and includes a glass skewer with a glass olive on top. Submerged on the skewer are three marinated cocktail cherries. Image of the recipe for a Maple Bourbon Splash cocktail, published in the Ohio Farm Bureau magazine several years ago - I tore out the page and am not sure the year/issue. The recipe is as follows: - .5oz pure Ohio maple syrup - .5oz fresh orange juice - .5oz fresh lemon juice - 4 dashes of angostura bitters - half an orange slice - 2oz of your favorite bourbon (I use Jameson - I know thats not technically bourbon- don't @ me) - .5oz chilled seltzer water - ice In a rocks glass, combine the maple syrup, orange juice, lemon juice, and bitters. Add the orange slice and lightly muddle. Add bourbon and stir well. Fill the glass with ice and top with the chilled seltzer. I added three marinated cocktail cherries - the kind you'd get in a fancy old fashioned - just because i like them and the go well with the vibe of this drink!

Me, holding a small snake that is wiggling through my fingers. Think it's a garter snake, but not sure. They are a sort of grey/olive color with darker markings.

Had a big surgery on Wednesday and just wanted, now that I'm home resting, to loudly shout to the masses that although several giant uterine fibroids and endometriomas of varying sizes tried to kill me, I LIVED, BITCH!!! 💪😈

Here are several unremarkable rocks arranged in an extremely cool way
Small and medium sized rocks arranged at the bottom of a spillway to read, "I love big boobs." All the words are spelled out except for "boobs," which is instead represented by a large graphic representation of boobs, as though a capital letter B were turned on its side. This work of art, by some unknown genius, was created in April, 2022, at the bottom of the Kokosing Reservoir spillway in Fredericktown, Ohio.
