-a bill that provides unprecedented immunity to off-duty cops to perform a citizen’s arrest, HB 1148

Yes it’s important to call out federal level insanity but we’re going to burn out too quickly (by design) if we spend our energy on things we have no power to influence. State level advocacy is direly needed in SD right now in the following areas:
